 Celtic Cowboy BBQ makes all of our sausages from scratch!  We make kielbasa (mild), andouille (medium and garlicky), beef cheddar jalapeno (medium), and our famous hot link (fire).  All are gluten-free with the exception of our Scottish Banger Sausage, which is served heated in a puff pastry.  Come try some today!
